Terms of Service
Published 2026-08-10. These are our own terms, not legal advice.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the website-building platform operated by Jhonnie James Tech ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
The Service lets you build, host, and publish web pages assembled from components — including content, commerce, booking, and interactive features — on our domains and, where offered, on provisioned satellite domains. Features may change as the platform evolves; we will not materially reduce paid functionality without notice.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication for better protection.
- One person per account. You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live).
- We may suspend accounts that threaten the Service's security or integrity, or that breach section 4.
3. Your content
- You own your content. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service: to store, process, display, and distribute your content on your pages, on our infrastructure and CDN.
- Public pages are public: anything you publish can be seen, cached, and indexed by anyone.
- We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law, notifying you unless prohibited.
- Export tools let you take your content with you; on account deletion your content is removed per the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to: break the law; infringe others' rights (including intellectual property and privacy); distribute malware; send spam; host deceptive, hateful, or exploitative material; probe or overload our infrastructure; resell the Service without our agreement; or process other people's sensitive personal data without a lawful basis. Camera/vision features must not be pointed at people without their knowledge and consent.
5. Commerce on your pages
If you sell or take bookings through components on your pages:
- You are the merchant. You are responsible for your products, pricing, taxes, fulfilment, refunds, and compliance with consumer law.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms; we never hold card data. Payouts, disputes, and chargebacks are between you, Stripe, and your customer.
- Data your customers submit is yours to protect: handle it per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
6. Fees
The Service is free while it is being built out. Prices, if introduced, will be communicated in advance; continued use after a price takes effect is acceptance.
7. Availability & support
We target high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" — no uptime guarantee unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Maintenance windows and outages happen; we keep tested backups and publish status information where a status page is available.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data beyond our backup obligations; our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of S$[100] or the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited (e.g. fraud).
9. Ending things
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate with [30] days' notice (immediately for serious breach). On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy; export first.
10. General
Singapore law governs these terms; disputes go to the courts of Singapore. If a clause is unenforceable the rest stand. We may update these terms — material changes get 14 days' notice; continued use is acceptance.
